We clearly note any professional grading, authentication certificates (e.g., PSA, Beckett, JSA), and condition details in every product listing.
When will my order ship?
Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer shipping options for international collectors. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international delivery.
Do you buy collections or take items on consignment?
Absolutely. We are actively seeking high-quality pieces to add to our inventory or to feature in upcoming sales. Whether you have premium sports cards, complete TCG binders, authenticated signed gear, or fine art, we would love to review it.
How do I submit an item for consideration?
The best way to start the process is to email our acquisitions team directly at sell@shankstudios.com. Please include clear, well-lit photos of the items, any relevant grading or authentication details, and a brief description.
Can I drop off consignment items in person?
Yes, but in-person evaluations and drop-offs at our New York locations require an appointment. Please email us to schedule a time so we can ensure the right specialist is available to review your pieces.
What are your standard business hours?
Our team is available Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST). Weekend availability is by appointment only.
